237 units located in the Glendale area.
A relatively easier site to manage, requiring a confident and skilled leader to take charge.
Team Size:
Two-person team: 1 Supervisor (YOU!) + 1 Technician.
The Technician role is also open—ideal candidates may bring a trusted tech partner they’ve worked with before for a ready-made dynamic duo!
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: A proven track record as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead.
Leadership: Strong organizational skills, confidence to work autonomously, and the ability to manage and motivate a small team.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in routine maintenance, work order completion, and property upkeep.
Dependability: A self-starter who communicates effectively, solves problems, and delivers consistent results.
