The Maintenance Tech (MT) performs general maintenance work to ensure all work orders are completed and that all Building systems are running properly. Need to have experience in the following trades:
Drywall, Electrical, HVAC, and Plumbing. Must live in the Central Phoenix area.

Must be a team player, able to work all hours as needed, fill in where needed, and articulate system issues and remedies when they occur.
