We have a large Water Plant Shut Down. We are seeking Journeyman Electricians that can work 60 hours a week. Must be able to start in the next week to two weeks. No later than Nov. 1st.
Job Duties:
Bend, cut, and thread rigid conduit.
Work on large wire pulls.
Run 4 to 6-inch underground conduit.
Learn to terminate Medium Voltage Wire Up to 25kv to start.
Must be able to bend OCAL & ROBROY.
Responsibilities:
Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems.
Work alongside experienced electricians to complete projects efficiently and safely.
Follow established electrical codes and standards.
Continuously learn and develop electrical knowledge and skills.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
4 years commercial or industrial electrical experience or more.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Physical dexterity and ability to lift heavy equipment.
Good communication skills.
Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record over the past 7 years to get on the Water Sites for City of Phoenix.
Needs to be able to demonstrate that they can bend conduit, perform electrical underground tasks, and other required work as necessary.
Looking for a qualified electricians with a minimum of four years electrical experience with at least 8000 hours in the field.
