Why is it so hard to find one good service tech that takes pride in their work?
A technician that shows up to work each day ready to work and treats customers fairly.
This doesn't seem like too much to ask does it?
We are looking for one tech that can diagnose down units and run maintenances with at least 5 years of experience.
Our techs work every other Saturday (if needed) and one Sunday a month (June, July, and August only).
We provide a company vehicle unless you have issues with your drivers license or live in Maricopa.
Weekly pay (Every Tuesday)
We 10-99 all new technicians during their probationary period as we seem to keep going through them in order
to find the right fit.
We are looking to start someone ASAP and we don't lay people off in November like most companies
Requirements:
5 years experience
You must have your own hand tools, gauges, metersetc.
You must have a valid drivers license and be insurable, if not you must provide your own transportation.
