Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services on HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and longevity.
Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC system issues efficiently and accurately.
Provide exceptional customer service by clearly communicating issues and solutions to customers.
Maintain accurate records of all services performed and ensure timely completion of work orders.
Stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices to provide high-quality service.
Adhere to all safety and compliance regulations while on the job.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school certification in HVAC preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
Valid EPA Certification.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment and tools as needed.
