We are looking for a part-time residential HVAC Service Technician who is capable of servicing and selling all kinds of residential and light commercial equipment.
3+ years of technician experience, we will put a great pay package together depending on your level of experience and sales ability.
Simply The Best AC has a very strong maintenance customer base. The successful applicant will be one who understands the sales and upgrade opportunities on tune-ups for maintenance customers, not one who believes that these types of calls aren’t “good calls”. The successful applicant will also be able to work directly with our installation teams to order and coordinate installations and other repairs.
We pay up to TWICE what our competitors pay in sales commission. You will be able to set your own hours, and we will provide a van for you to take home regardless.
We sell Trane, Bosch and Amana traditional gas/electric and heat pump systems. We typically sell and install the best possible equipment available, so we have an extremely high expectation of quality and great service for our customers.
The successful applicant to this position will be EPA certified, preferably hold additional industry certifications as well, and have at least a couple of years of residential HVAC experience.
