$28/HR Handyman Type Residential Home Repair

Looking for people who have a handyman type skill set. This person must have reliable transportation, a smart phone, and tools. This job is for someone that has good communication, is self sufficient and has experience and knowledge of baseboard/trim work (install and repair), drywall repair and texture matching, tile replacement and grouting, painting (interior and exterior), stucco patching, and other detailed finish work for new build homes. We are currently in need of techs for the East valley area in and around Queen creek, Apache Junction, Gilbert, etc I am currently looking for someone I can slowly work into the schedule so this may start out as less than 40 hrs a week but will definitely get up to 40 within 6 weeks. This is a 1099 position so we do not take taxes out of your paycheck you are responsible for paying those when taxes are due.
