Floating Maintenance Supervisor – Phoenix (I-17 & Greenway Area)
We are hiring an HVAC Certified / EPA 608 Universal Maintenance Technician for two neighboring apartment communities near I-17 and Greenway. This is a floating supervisor position between both properties.
Pay: $25/hr
Schedule: Full-time, immediate start
Assignment: Temp-to-hire (prove yourself ➝ full-time offer)
Requirements:
HVAC or EPA 608 Universal certification (required)
No drugs, no felonies within the last 7 years
Reliable transportation
Strong work ethic and ability to commit fully
