We are seeking a 2-3 Experienced Groomers to join our team! You will be responsible for bathing and grooming scheduled dogs, as well as the overall care and well-being of the animals at our facility.
Responsibilities:
Deliver high quality bathing and grooming techniques of the animals as well as ensuring their safety while in our care.
High level customer service and relationship building as you intake the animals and ensure understanding of customer expectations.
Keep records of the grooms that are performed as well as checking animals in and cashiering them out.
Taking appointments over the phone as well as rescheduling customers as they leave.
Maintain a clean and healthy environment.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in bathing and grooming a MUST
Passion for delivering high quality grooms as well as a passion for working with animals
Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner
Ability to thrive in a very FAST-PACED environment
Ability to work as an individual, but also as a team player
Must be able to handle different personality types and not be too sensitive
Must be able to work Saturdays
Must be able to handle and groom large dogs
Must be able to deliver high quality grooms
Must be able to groom Doodles, poodles, huskies, shepherds, and many other different breeds. If you can groom cats that is a plus too
This is a commission based job paid weekly with a large clientele so the earning potential is really up to you!
