TERMS:
-W2 employee of EagleCrest SouthWest LLC (taxes withheld, ACH/direct pay to your account through Gusto App)
-Background Check (mandatory, both by ECSW and the State)
-E Verified (2 forms of ID)
-$20 Apprentice 1-2 years
-$28-$30 Journeyman 3-5 years
-$30+ Master level 10+years
-Foreman positions available to the right candidate, with pay increase, vehicle & gas cards.
ECSW is currently exploring benefits.
Quarterly safety bonus.
IMPORTANT: Journeymen will have a 3 day probationary assessment with pay starting at $26/hourly.
Your final hourly rate (usually higher, we have to start somewhere) is rolled back and added to your start date after an exhibition of the following.
YOU MUST BE:
-Highly detailed
-Above average producers
-Able to adapt to our established systems
-Willing to be continually educated on safety and best practices (OSHA10/lift)
-Willing to wear PPE, painters "whites," boots and company provided shirts
-Skilled at ALL FACETS OF THE TRADE: masking, spraying, cutting, brush and roll
-Able to get to work, on time, consistently
-Able to understand basic directives in the English language
(we do have bi-lingual capabilities, but most of our contracts demand English)

ECSW has many diverse clients from large warehouse work, prisons, DPS, and municipal projects, restaurants and even high end luxury homes. ALL of them demand high quality, performed quick and safely. While we are a smaller shop, the opportunity is here to grow. Our shop is located in Central Phoenix, it is full of all the equipment we need. We have plenty of work. We only need a "few good men (and women,)" with some basic hand tools, your high levels skill.and good attitude.
