Our company strives to produce a very high product for our customers. We are looking for experienced commercial painters who are detail oriented, while maintaining a high spread rate every day.
We need painters who are:
-Highly detail oriented. You pride yourself in your quality work.
-Above average producers. You are fast and efficient.
-Open to suggestions. You know much, but know you don’t know it all.
-Able to work autonomously. You work just as hard alone as you do when the foreman or owner are on the job site
-Skilled at masking, spraying, cutting, brush and roll. You’ve got mad skills!
-Legal to work in the US. Our municipal customers perform background checks on ALL our workers.
We do not need you if:
“Good enough” is your standard level of quality.
You lack a sense of urgency when it comes to your daily production rate.
You’re quite confident that your way of doing things is the best way.
When left alone on the job site, it’s time to relax. You’re kicking back, checking your phone.
You take it personally when someone with 3 times as many years in the industry as you suggests a way to be more productive.
