We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable epoxy coating and concrete polishing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in concrete surface preparation, polishing, and epoxy floor coating applications for commercial and residential projects.
Responsibilities
Prepare concrete surfaces for polishing and coating
Operate grinders, burnishers, and other equipment safely and effectively
Follow all safe requirements
Apply epoxy coatings and urethane cements
Ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with team members and follow project timelines and requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in concrete polishing and/or epoxy floor coatings
Familiarity with surface preparation tools and techniques
Strong attention to detail and work ethic
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods of time
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred (but not required) Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
OSHA certification or safety training
