Position Overview:
The Superintendent plays a key role in coordinating on-site construction activities and supervising production crews to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and workmanship. This is a salaried position, and compensation will be based on verified field experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily work schedules and assign tasks to crew members
Oversee and direct all production-related activities
Mentor team members and clearly explain project plans
Inspect worksites to ensure compliance with building and safety codes
Maintain positive relationships with clients, contractors, suppliers, and coworkers
Order and track materials as needed
Interpret construction plans, layouts, and blueprints
Apply extensive knowledge of drywall and related construction trades
Lift up to 100 pounds when required

Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred, but not required
