We are looking for an experienced Day Porter Manager to lead and grow this division and double our revenue. Position Overview
We are seeking a bright, enthusiastic, and hands-on Day Porter Manager who excels in managing people, customer interactions, and day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, fluency in Spanish, and experience implementing modern, efficient processes. Experience managing shift workers, tracking employee hours, arranging coverage, and ensuring standards are met is highly valued. This is a field-based role requiring frequent travel to job sites across the Greater Phoenix area.
Compensation
Hourly Pay: $25–$32 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and Manage Day Porter Team: Oversee a team of day porters (both full-time and part-time), ensuring efficient service, managing schedules, and ensuring coverage for absences or shift changes.
Customer Interaction: Ensure client satisfaction through consistent, quality service, and address any concerns or issues that arise during service.
Field Management: Travel to different properties across the Greater Phoenix area to oversee day-to-day operations, conduct inspections, and maintain client relationships.
Team Coordination: Manage schedules, track employee hours, arrange for coverage as needed, and address employee absences in a timely manner.
Set and Maintain Standards: Enforce cleanliness and quality standards for the day porter team, ensuring the team meets company and customer expectations.
Problem Solving: Handle customer requests and complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution.
Employee Development: Provide training and growth opportunities for employees, foster a positive work environment, and motivate staff to perform at their best.
Work with Technology: Help implement and maintain any systems necessary for managing employee schedules, timesheets, and customer service expectations.
Qualifications & Skills
Management Experience: Previous experience managing teams, especially in a fast-paced environment like fast food or hospitality, is highly preferred.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.
Fluency in Spanish: Ability to communicate effectively with a predominantly Spanish-speaking workforce.
Customer Service Focus: Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact positively with clients and staff.
Problem-Solving Skills: Patient, resourceful, and able to address challenges proactively.
Field Management: Comfortable with frequent travel to job sites and managing employees in a field setting.
Technology Savvy: Ability to use and adapt to technology for employee scheduling, reporting, and customer service management.
