Responsibilities:
Oversee all subcontractor personnel to ensure timely project completion with high-quality workmanship that meets the original plans and specifications.
Ensures job site safety by promoting safe work practices and promptly addressing any hazards.
Maintain project schedules, identifies and solves problems
Complete daily Smart Use reports including daily updates, schedule delays, and photographs.
Contributes to building a positive team spirit
Assist in the training and management of all field personnel.
Qualifications:
Self-starting, highly motivated and goal oriented individual
Exceptional attention to detail with an emphasis placed on quality
Highly organized with a systematic approach.
Problem solver
Construction Management experience a plus
Requirements:
2 years min of experience in Construction Lead/Foreman
Experience in managing multiple projects at once
Valid drivers license with clean history.
Ability to travel out of town for several weeks, jobs last from 2-3 weeks.
