We are seeking a Construction Superintendent / Project Manager to join our team!
You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation of commercial construction projects.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
Ensure projects are completed timely and within budget
Negotiate and write change orders to clients
Understand and read blue prints
Apply for permits (if needed)
Allocate resources for assigned projects
Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors
Interface with clients, project inspectors, sub-contractors, architects, engineers, etc.
Negotiate with sub-contractors to receive reasonable order costs
Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
Verify job site is kept clean and organized
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields
Commercial Construction knowledge a must
Familiarity with construction management software
Strong leadership qualities
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
