Commercial HVAC Technician – Full-Time – Growing Company (Phoenix East Valley)
King Mechanical & Controls LLC is a fast-growing mechanical and controls contractor seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team. We service a wide range of systems from 1 to 200 tons across the East Valley and greater Phoenix area.
Job Details:
Full-time
Monday–Friday (occasional after-hours or weekends)
Service area: East Valley and surrounding Phoenix region
Responsibilities:
Service and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems, including:
Chillers and chilled water systems
Cooling towers and pumps
Air handlers and rooftop units
Split systems and package units
Hydronic loops and central plants
Perform basic work with controls (training provided)
Communicate clearly with customers and document work
Requirements:
2+ years commercial HVAC experience
EPA Certified
Valid driver’s license with clean record
Must pass background check (for access to secured facilities)
Self-motivated and reliable
Professional appearance and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Chiller service experience
Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience (Tridium, JCI, KMC)
HVAC trade school or degree
