$3000 sign on bonus to a qualified Technician.
Compensation: a percentage of the gross profit with a guaranteed base. $48,000-$150,000 a year.
Calculates to between $40 and $55 per hour flat rate.
Five-day work week, no weekends, we are open Monday through Friday 7:40 AM to 5 PM and closed most major holidays, including Black Friday.
We pay for continued education and ASE certifications.

Requirements:
A minimum of five years professional automotive experience. Changing your own oil or working on your own car does not count.
Must have your own basic tools, a toolbox, a tool cart, air or electric tools. We provide specialty tools and scanners.
Must have a good understanding of basic automotive systems as well as the ability to read and understand, flow charts, and wiring diagrams.
Must have the ability to accurately and decisively document and communicate vehicle needs.
Must have a valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
