AUTO SHOP SERVICE WRITER

Busy independent auto shop seeks a woman or man to be a service writer / counter person (prefer a woman for this position but will definitely consider the right man for the job as well) Have some knowledge of cars and various car repairs and familiar with at least some car parts names, but we will train you on the job as well. Good customer service and communication skills are a must. Job entails answering phones, setting appointments, using computer programs and creating invoices, pricing and ordering repair parts, checking in and billing out customers as well as building client relationships. You would be the face of the business in front of our clients on a regular basis. Room for advancement in pay and position over time. Mon- Fri schedule 8am to 6pm. Alternate schedule is a day off during the week and work a short day on Saturdays instead, is also an option if you prefer. We perform felony backgound checks and drug tests. Must have a valid AZ Drivers license.
