Southwest Spas and Pools is a well-established hot tub and swim spa retailer with multiple locations. Along with sales, we provide service and repairs to our customers, as well as service and repairs on competitor products.
Job Description:
As a Water Care Technician at Southwest Spas and Pools, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers' satisfaction by maintaining cleanliness and function of hot tubs and swim spas. We are looking for someone eager to learn and eager for promotions. Other positions we are hiring for are:
Key Responsibilities:
-Cleaning and maintaining hot tubs and swim spas.
-Monitoring and maintaining chemical testing and control equipment.
-Maintaining accurate service records.
-Loading and unloading trucks, transporting, lifting, and carrying equipment and supplies.
-Providing friendly and effective communication with homeowners and managers.
-Selling replacement parts, water care products and accessories to customers in the field.
Qualifications:
-Friendly and effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
-Experience with computer and smartphone use for software and apps.
-A clean driving record is mandatory.
-Successful completion of a background check.
-Prior experience in hot tub service, pool service, or pool product sales is a “plus” but not required. Willing to train if the candidate is eager and a quick learner.
Compensation:
$900-$1,400 per week
Competitive Piece Rate + Commissions + Annual Bonus
Hours:
Monday-Friday: flexible, 8 hours per day
Saturday: off
Sundays: off
Holidays: off
