We are seeking a Trailer Parts Sales Advisor for our Service Manager

FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE!
This full-time position will assist our service manager. Must work efficiently, have a great work ethic with a positive attitude, and demonstrate a high sense of urgency.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Completing work orders, clear communication, diagnosis of trailer repair needs, including required parts, and accurate labor time estimates.
Receiving parts and entering them into our POS system.
Selling walk-in customer parts as well as when our sales team sells a trailer to a customer. This will include upselling them on anything additional they'll need to make their lives easier with the trailer and make them safer.
Taking the initiative to develop a skill set to become proficient in diagnosing and repairing unfamiliar units or equipment.
Conducting pre-delivery service on new and used trailers to ensure excellent working orders for the customer.
Maintaining a Clean and Safe work environment and equipment on an ongoing basis, as needed and as directed by the Lot Manager.
Performing any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Valid AZ driver's license
High school diploma
Must be able to read and write in English
Ability to lift 100 lbs.
Ability to use a computer
Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in a mechanic shop environment. Some time may be devoted to unloading and assembling trailers, which require lifting, climbing, carrying moderate to heavy weights, and operating assigned equipment and vehicles—the ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions.
