Lead Generator/ Sales Team Associate

12 hours per week to start. More hours may be given to candidates after one month based on performance. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, from 10:00AM - 2:00PM - in office. Training will be provided. You will need a laptop computer. We will provides leads and phones.
We offer competitive compensation packages, including base salary plus commission, as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement. Commissions are on a sliding scale and start at 5 percent of gross profit and escalate up to 50 percent of profits. More hours will be given to candidates with excellent performance. We are a start up company and offer a ground floor opportunity to grow with the company. Top performers in our industry earn upwards of $300,000 per year. This is an extremely challenging, yet highly rewarding sales position.
- Conduct cold calls to potential customers to generate new leads for Toner and Ink Sales
- We are a leading provider of all toners, ink, printers, imaging units, fusers, etc We have partnerships with all the leading manufacturers including HP, Lexmark, Dell, Canon, Brother, Xerox, Kyocera, and many others. We also help businesses with hospitality televisions and have partnerships with Samsung, Sony, LG, and many other top brands. We are a Select Partner with Cisco Systems and help customers with routers, switches, access points, etc

- Business to Business Calls to Auto Dealerships, Hotels, Dentist Offices, Health Clinics
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track and manage customer interactions and sales activities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide insights and recommendations to customers
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English
- Proven experience in making Cold Calls sales, preferably in technology or software sales
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Familiarity with telemarketing techniques is a plus

Must have the desire to improve your life by generating new business relationships via PHONE CALLS Business to Business sales. You'll be expected to make approximately 75-100 calls within 4 hours.
