- Develop sales plans, profiles and strategies based on gaining full understanding of customer needs to achieve the company sales target and objectives.
- Work closely with customers and the support team to deliver the best technical solutions to meet applications needs.
- Define targets and build strategic relationships with key North American-based semiconductor companies to drive sales growth.
- Work closely with other regional sales teams to achieve excellence in strategic global coverage for multi-national accounts.
- Expand business by identifying new opportunities within targeted industry segments with prospect to existing and new contacts.
- Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts and pipelines
- Provide input to senior management on customers and competitive trends
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales/ account management with complex manufacturing machinery and service solutions to the semiconductor industry with demonstrated success selling to large global accounts in the region.
- Education: Bachelor of Science from an accredited college or university. Mechanical Engineering and Master's degree preferred.
- Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Intimate knowledge of semiconductor industry and manufacturing processes with experience in Back-End semiconductor process preferred.
- Ability to understand complex product value propositions and engage customers in a consultative solutions-based approach rather than price.
- Ability to work independently.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills from the shop floor to the C-Suite.
