We are looking for a smart, energetic, and professional person who wants to work in a fast-paced and positive environment.
The role is a combination of inbound sales with client communication and minor project management. Duties include:
- Answering inbound calls
- Providing estimates
- Managing our CRM very well (we use GoHighLevel)
- Answering questions for leads and clients
- Assisting the sales manager with sales and project-related tasks
- Processing permit applications
- Compiling files for projects to support our field operations
- Gathering media (pictures and videos) from job sites
- Some social media posting/management
You'll need to develop a deep knowledge of our product and processes. You'll need to already have experience with sales, client communications, AND online systems.
Marketing experience a plus (social media, emails, etc)
This is a full-time, on-site position. Mon-Fri, 8AM - 4PM. We're located in north central phoenix, right off the 51.
