We're a small home service provider looking to expand and need someone to manage our sales and lead generation efforts.
Most of our previous success has come from D2D sales/lead gen but we're looking for someone with more experience to manage these tasks and provide a higher level of expertise.
You would manage and oversee all lead generation, door knocking efforts, and hiring & management of sales/lead gen staff.
This role would work directly with the owner who would be your labor and service delivery counterpart.
You handle bringing in new work, we handle getting that work done.
This role will be 100% commission based on all sales and leads you or your team generates.
Percentages & compensation open to discussion.
Although we can provide many types of services we focus on roofing repair and attic insulation as our primary high-ticket money makers. Our customers have primarily come from the active adult / 55+ communities as we started from referrals within some of those neighborhoods but there are still many opportunities within this demographic.
Responsibilities:
Generating new business leads
Knocking doors and introducing our services to neighbors
Hiring and training appointment setters/door knockers to book same day appointments for an inspector/sales team member to inspect the home and sell our services
Provide feedback and ideas to the team on pitches, methods, and sales tactics
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Provide recommendations on target neighborhoods and sales channels
Overall management of lead generation efforts and the lead gen team
