Overview
Do you love Sales and want to work normal business hours from the comfort of your home? We are seeking a full-time, highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our growing sales team at Unitas PPO Solutions. This position is a primary sales representative for Unitas. Their job is to take sales consultation calls and help Unitas achieve its monthly sales goals. Unitas provides a valuable business service to Dentists that helps them to increase the revenue they make from PPO dental insurance.
Remote Work
We provide all needed computer equipment; you will need a fixed, designated workspace and a strong internet connection. Remote to us means that you report to your workspace at the same time daily and remain working from their. Your shift will be set during regular (MST) business hours. While your office is at-home, when clocked in, we require you to have a quiet, professional workspace, free of distractions and background noise. This also means that while clocked in, employees are not working other jobs or the primary care provider for any dependents. We are currently hiring employees residing in AZ, UT, ID, TX and NM.
Compensation/Benefits
60K+ annual plus PTO and Paid Benefits and Commission and Bonus Opportunity
(Base pay $42,400 paid bi-weekly)PLUSBonuses and Commissions - Uncapped
PTO: 3 Weeks (15 days), accrued
Robust Paid Holidays: MLK Day, President’s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Veteran's Day, Thanksgiving Day/day after, Christmas Evethrough New Year’s Day.
Full Paid Medical Benefits (Cigna PPO, eligible between 60-90 days of successful employment) with robust supplemental offerings for dental, vision, telehealth (dermatology, mental health and 24/7 care)
Computer Equipment: Laptop, additional monitor, webcam, (considered company property during your employment with return to Unitas upon ending of employment)
Requirements:
Must have 3+ years of experience in a sales role, preferably in a consultative or service-based environment.
Coachable, motivated, and able to perform under pressure
Highly organized, reliable, and accountable
Tech-savvy; able to navigate multiple CRMs efficiently
Maintain a minimum 6-month running close rate above 35%
Strong communication and customer service skills (phone, email, CRM)
Solid understanding of Unitas services and PPO participation (training provided)
Responsibilities
Conduct regular sales consultations across all product types during regular scheduled shifts M-F business hours
Manage and follow up independently on assigned leads and support lead clean-up and accuracy
Close deals via phone and email, including follow-up on others' leads when needed
Cultivate relationships with other vendor partners to generate new leads and sales
Present on educational webinars to drive lead engagement and sales
