We help customers get a good night's sleep, on a product everyong uses 120 days each year.
We usually take almost an hour to give a good sales presentation.
We need a Top Salesperson, who can sell 3 to 4 out of 5 customers that come through our doors.

Electropedic sells many electric homecare products: adjustable beds, hospital beds, lift chairs, scooters, wheelchairs and porch lifts. We need someone who is presentable and charming. We need someone who is great, not just good. Even though all sales people think they are good, they are usually just average, or less.
You must be able to read people, and really care about helping them.
We are not looking for a lazy person (most salespeople are usually lazy, who want to do the least amount of work to make the sale). Most salespeople are very ego centric. That is ok if you are REALLY good. (but most salespeople are delusional).
We are looking for someone who is always tops on the sales floor, furniture and mattress sales are good experience in our business. In-Home Selling IF YOU ARE GOOD is good sales experience. You have to know how to plant all the "seeds" to be a successful salesperson. There are four confidences into making a sale: Confidence in the Salesperson, Confidence in the Product, Confidence in the Company and Confidence in the Price. We need someone who is articulate. Almost like a teacher, or a Yoga teacher. We hope you are a natural closer, because you are charming, authentic, sincere and convey power and authority. We are not a training ground for someone who doesn't know what a complete sales pitch entails. We need someone who is articulate on the phone too; and has a good phone voice.
