The Tack Room is a new restaurant looking for friendly and enthusiastic hosts and hostesses who will make our customers feel welcome and at ease when they come into to our restaurant!
Position: Host/Hostess
Responsibilities:
Greeting, seating, and thanking our customers for coming in with a smile and cheerful disposition every time.
Moving customers to tables in an efficient and timely manner.
Keep up with all menu items, prices, specials and promotions, and general food safety procedures.
Provide friendly and accurate assistance as customers checkout and make purchases.
Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth front of house operations.
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Show up for work and be on time every scheduled day.
Requirements:
Able to work with a sense of urgency, recommend solutions, and escalate issues to FOH management in a timely manner.
Be a team player with excellent communication skills.
Must have previous customer service experience.
English and Spanish is a plus.
