We have a small team & LOTS of leads. Our openers are all currently making anywhere from 8-25k Per Month on average, based on their performance.
MUST HAVE GOLD & SILVER EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
-Utilize provided resources to initiate outbound calls daily to potential clients interested in gold and silver investments.
-Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to gather information about their investment needs and qualify their interest.
-Build rapport with potential clients and educate them about the benefits of investing in gold and silver through IRAs.
-Schedule appointments and warm transfers for the Closer team to follow up and close deals.
-Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.
-Collaborate with the Closer team to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads for further follow-up.
Requirements:
-Proven experience as an Opener or similar role in the gold or precious metals industry.
-Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with prospects over the phone.
-Knowledge of gold and silver investments, IRA rules, and retirement account structures is preferred.
-Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
-Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
-Comfortable with making outbound calls and maintaining a high level of activity.
-Motivated, reliable, and willing to contribute to a team-oriented environment.
