Arizona Wholesale Floors LLC is looking to hire a new full-time sales associate for an entry-level position. Tuesdays through Saturdays.
The role will focus on three areas. First, the candidate will serve as an outside sales associate. The role will include visiting about 8 client locations daily, usually 3 or 4 days each week. As part of this, the candidate will operate our vehicle, travel around the state, and occasionally stay overnight in hotels (Flagstaff, for example). This will require drug and alcohol screening. For insurance purposes, all laws must be followed. A clean driving record and the ability to manage one's time is a requirement for this position. The candidate should also feel comfortable speaking with and getting to know new people.
Next, the role will include working Saturdays in our Apache Junction showroom, which is a primary requirement of this position. The candidate will learn about flooring and furniture products and be able to teach our clients what they learn.
Lastly, the candidate will learn to operate the forklift and carpet-cutting machine and be able to complete the basic functions of the warehouse. This will be important to learn, but not the candidate's primary job; they may be called to do it when needed. In general, the candidate must be able to lift 50 lbs (a box of flooring, for example).
