Seeking an Experienced In-Home Sales Representative in Lake Havasu City.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in cabinetry sales, proficiency in 20/20 Design Software, and extensive experience in, in-home sales. You will work directly with clients to design and sell custom cabinetry solutions, delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and present custom cabinetry solutions.  

-Must have the ability to field measure projects and help identify concerns with installation.

- Utilize 20/20 Design Software to create detailed, visually appealing cabinet designs for clients.  

- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.  

- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective lead generation and closing techniques.  

- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.  

- Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitor activities.  

Qualifications: 

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in cabinetry sales or related field.  

- Proficiency in 20/20 Design Software (required).  

- Proven in-home sales experience with a strong ability to close deals.  

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.  

- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.  

- Knowledge of cabinetry materials, styles, and construction techniques.  

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (local travel required).  

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in design/sales a plus.
