We are a family owned and operated company since 1964, that is looking for either a full time professional sales manager position or part time weekend sales person.

We are the original electric homecare products company since 1964. Electric Adjustable Beds, Hospital Beds, Lift Chairs, Scooters, Stair Lifts and Wheelchairs. Previous Sales Experience in the product line is very Helpful.

We make our own mattresses: Natural, Organic Latex Mattresses. We have 3 different models on the floor, each on display in 4 different firmnesses. Professional Mattress Sales Experience VERY Helpful.

We only get about 3 customers a day. Two over the Phone, and one in the store. Our hours are 10-5 Monday thru Saturday, and Sun 12 to 4. We will train, but expect a full sales pitch on the phone and in the store. We are looking to hire someone who knows how to go over ALL the features and benefits of each product. Selling is a Value Proposition; and we NEED a salesperson who knows how to "increase the value" of the product to make the sale. Selling is not easy. Most salespeople are not good enough. We need someone who takes their craft seriously and knows what a Value Proposition is.

We need someone who understands that they have to learn about each product VERY well. (it takes time, but you have to prepare yourself with a clip board to have all the information handy)

Yes, we will also consider a semi-retired position.

We also have (underneath our mattresses) the best selection of 3 motor fully electric high low adjustable beds - all on display. These beds are a little on the expensive side, and they offer real benefits to the people who buy them. We need someone who doesn't battle with learning things and that understand that selling is really helping each individual find the right product (like how high and low each model goes, does it have optional side rails, what are the different sizes available for each model, . . . and how to articulate the product and model, the price, and the exact delivery date for each customer). Most sales people are very lazy, and want to do the least amount to make a sale, and are only interested in making their Draw. We are looking for someone who knows they have to be very professional, always learning, and every sale is "hard" and takes Work.

We want someone to already understand that selling is an art. We are looking for an artist. We are looking for someone who is very articulate, and has a lot of positive energy and is genuinely a good, honest, decent person. Selling is a little like being a NURSE. You really have to want to help the customer get a good product that fits them right. We are looking for a professional artist.

We need a professional sales person who already knows how to give 100% on every pitch. We need someone who is always the top 20% on the sales floor no matter where they worked.

Our motto is "Your Comfort Is Everything!" We sincerely want to help out our customers, who are primarily senior citizens, get more comfortable. Our products are a little on the expensive side, and they need a proper explanation to explain all the features and benefits. We hope to find the right product for each customer.

Over half your sales, each month, should be over the phone. Customers call us. We will train you how to do this. On the initial interview, we are going to be judging you on your clarity over the phone. The trick to making a sale on the phone, or in the store, is to let the customer know exactly what they are buying, exactly how much the product is, and when they can expect delivery. Believe it or not, over half your sales can be over the phone. If you are not scared, the customer is not scared either. Of course, this does not come easy at first, but if you have capacity to learn, it is what you are going to do.
