Job Description: As a Dispatch/Billing Admin, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our dispatch and billing processes. You will be responsible for coordinating dispatch operations and managing billing activities to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. You will usually be the only office personnel and play a major part in the success of all the technicians and the company itself. Our locksmithing department mainly deals with commercial work, while our safe and vault department handles work in all settings. This is an office position based out of a separate area of the owner's home. The owner is usually not present, as he works abroad for various companies and government installations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
Handle billing processes, including invoicing, payment tracking, and reconciliation.
Answering phone calls and emails; about new current and old jobs
Scheduling of work and getting jobs and information dispatched to techs in the field
Maintain accurate records of dispatch and billing activities.
Provide excellent customer service to clients and address any inquiries or issues.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Previous experience in dispatch and/or billing is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, QuickBooks & dispatch software).
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
Work Hours:
8 AM to 4 PM
Monday - Friday
