Phoenix Roofing & Repair is a well-established local roofing company, we are seeking entry level people for door-to-door appointment setting by canvassing.
As a canvasser, you will be at the forefront of our business, engaging with homeowners on a daily basis. Your role will involve everything from acquiring new customers, representing Phoenix Roofing & Repair as a company and setting appointments for roof inspection. You will have the opportunity to showcase your sales skills, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth of our company.
Requirements:
NEED VEHICLE
Excellent communication and people skills
Utilize customer service and negotiation skills to close sales.
Demonstrate self-motivation, trustworthiness, and accountability while working independently.
Proficient at time management.
Ability to speak with exceptional communication presentation skills. Bi-lingual is a plus.
Sales experience and roofing knowledge is a plus but not required. We will train the right person and give you the tools you need to succeed.
Responsibilities:
Tasks include customer acquisition, education, and product demonstrations.
Maintain meticulous and detailed records, including notes, contact information, and daily work interactions.
Making initial contact with potential customers and building a rapport.
Present effectively to individuals and groups, demonstrating product use and educating customers.
Display willingness to learn about new product lines and actively promote and sell them.
Oversee and manage customer relationships, from beginning to end.
Excel at independent and efficient work.
Exemplify trustworthiness and accountability.
Compensation:
-$15 an hour
$100 for every appointment set
$100 for each appointment the closes
