DESCRIPTION
One of the important things about our environment is that there is always something new happening. The points below are just some of the day-to-day items our Retail Sales Manager perform to assist our guests with world-class experience:
MANAGER
Responsible for improving sales and operations which requires a willingness to change with the evolving nature of the automotive industry
Able to function effectively with various automotive software programs
Maintains high customer satisfaction
Leads, Mentors and Assists sales team with processing or completing sales
Trains and Supervises sales team
Sets schedules and motivates sales team
Oversees department inventory, including both retail and wholesale units
Responsible for sales price
Reinforces company policies and adheres to policies
Attends manager meetings
MANAGER REQUIREMENTS OF OUR SALES ASSOCIATES
Assist our guests through vehicle selection and purchase
Develop and relay a prominent level of product knowledge around vehicle features
Demonstrate the operation and features of the desired vehicle in showroom and via test drive
Present the new or pre-owned vehicle to our guests through an established delivery - process, ensuring that our guests know the vehicle's features, warranty, and paperwork
Maintain a client follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business and contributes to customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long term relationships
Set and track personal goals on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis
Continue to maintain our dealership's value, quality, and integrity
Analyze information and evaluate alternatives to resolve issues and make sound, timely decisions.
Performs efficiently with the normal amount of direction for the position; displays the professional attitude and capabilities of a self-starter.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individuals should possess:
At least 3 years of Automotive Sales Management Experience
Strong digital retail and computer skills specific to the requirements of retail automotive sales and sales management
Proven track record of successful selling / sales management
Team Oriented and able to build a feeling of teamwork on the sales floor
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, enthusiastic presence with an ability to work effectively and efficiently in a team environment.
Excellent communication, customer service, organizational and negotiation skills
Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
All potential employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
