Job Summary:
The Epoxy Flooring Specialist and Team Lead will be responsible for driving and caring for the company van, tracking inventory, overseeing worksite operations, and leading site personnel to ensure projects are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. This position requires a blend of technical skill in epoxy flooring application, leadership, and organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive and maintain the company van, ensuring it is properly stocked with necessary materials and equipment for each project.
- Manage inventory levels, placing orders for supplies
- Oversee the setup and breakdown of job sites, ensuring all personnel have the tools and materials needed.
- Ensure all work is completed
- Conduct quality assurance checks during and after project completion.
