- Follows Next Gen PMO standards and guidance for planning and delivering MES site deployment.
- Follows site IT PMO standards and guidance for project planning and execution
- Responsible for all PM artifacts including but not limited to Charters, project org charts, Roles and Responsibilities, schedule, RAID log, communication plans, and statprogress reports.
- Builds/delivers progress and status reports to stakeholder groups including site PMO, program PMO and executive steering committee
- Collaborates with Site Business Leads and Enterprise MES team to define and deliver MES requirements to Enterprise MES team
- Collaborates with site business, manufacturing, QA and IT leadership to plan and manage site deployment including Recipe Design, Build, and Test.
- Identify and manage schedule dependencies with external stakeholders
