- Should know pos and how it works across the enterprise

- Technology side-payments, card processing and gateway experience

- Relate CRM experience – 3-5 years of experience with Oracle Relate 2.0
- Accruent Vx Filed platform – 1-3 years of experience with field service application
- Software QA knowledge – 3-5 years of experience in software QA roles
- Project Management knowledge – 3-5 years of experience managing complex software development activities and roll-outs
- College degree in technology related field of study.
- Experience working in large software development projects including remote offshore teams
