We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager/Site Superintendent to oversee and coordinate projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines on high end spec homes and small multi-family developments.

Job Summary:

The Construction Supervisor/Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, coordinating, and supervising on-site activities, maintaining project schedules, bidding scopes, helping get materials to job sites and budgets. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and experience in managing construction crews and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Coordinate with subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.

Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety and quality standards.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during construction.

Maintain compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in construction project management or site supervision.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

Proven ability to manage schedules, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, contracts, and technical drawings.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in new construction and property renovations.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
