What We’re Looking For
Dispatcher with a Driver’s Mentality – You think in ticket size, not time slots
Quick Decision-Maker – Can pivot the board confidently with urgency and logic
Tech Whisperer – Keeps the field aligned without babysitting
Customer Translator – Smoothly manages reschedules, ETA updates, and high-emotion calls
Data Fluent – You live by dashboards, performance metrics, and routing strategy
Experience with platforms like ServiceTitan is a plus—but we’ll train the right operator with grit and brains.
What You’ll Be Doing
Launch and manage the schedule daily—rebalancing for revenue, urgency, and efficiency
Route high-priority jobs to high-conversion techs using performance data
Monitor tech location and job duration with GPS tracking tools
Communicate with techs between jobs to ensure readiness and accountability
Execute mid-day pivots to recover downed calls or capitalize on new opportunities
Use tools like our Call Prioritization Matrix and Technician Batting Order to make strategic dispatch decisions
Track and report on KPIs like revenue per tech, missed estimates, and callback rates
Handle customer updates and schedule changes with clarity and confidence
Document all dispatch notes, outcomes, and escalations in real time
Job Details
Location: Anthem, AZ (in-office or remote options)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Must be present during active dispatch hours
Pay: $18/hr - $30/hr
Tools Used: ServiceTitan, Call Grader, GPS Routing, Internal Playbooks
Preferred Experience: Dispatching, Call Center, or Field Ops; ServiceTitan a bonus
