Who You Are:

Extensive experience as a project coordinator or manager in the traffic management industry

Expert level knowledge in planning and submittal process of traffic control plans in phoenix and surrounding jurisdictions.

A dynamic leader with strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Experienced in managing teams, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficient with data entry and familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Able to type 55 WPM or more.

Motivated by the impact of your work on community safety and eager to drive growth within the traffic management industry.

Skilled at solving practical problems and thinking on your feet in dynamic situations.

Your Role:

As a vital leader of our dynamic team, you will oversee project coordination and ensure seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading and mentoring a team of project coordinators, Dispatch Operations, and Plan Drafting Operations.

Managing bid proposals, traffic plan requests, and ensuring timely delivery of services.

Overseeing permit processes with governing entities and maintaining compliance.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs effectively.

Developing pricing strategies and ensuring the profitability of projects.

Implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaborating with senior management to achieve organizational goals.
