We are a busy family owned and operated air conditioning and heating company. We are seeking a full time dispatcher/customer service representative to join our team. You will be responsible for scheduling and dispatching jobs through our software, answering phones, doing authorization requests with various home warranty companies, updating records, and assisting with ordering parts. Must have reliable transportation. Our office is located conveniently in Sun City.
Qualifications:
Experience in customer service
Ability to multitask
Positive and professional
Prior dispatch is a plus
Worked with Home Warranty Company is a plus
Excellent phone skills
Knowledge of HVAC parts and ordering is a plus
