Sunstate Plumbing is now hiring for a Plumbing Administrative Assistant
Sunstate Plumbing is a family owned and operated business. We are looking for an Administrative Assistant for our Front desk. You should have customer service experience as well as construction admin experience. This role often involves answering incoming calls, scheduling equipment rental, downloading plans and requesting pricing, typing bids etc. Hours are firm, from 8am -4pm. Pay is based on experience and interview. Some example tasks listed below.
Typing, answering phones, filing
QuickBooks, enter bills, enter time for payroll
Monitor employees' time for accuracy and print timecards
Pre-liening all jobs
Osha reports
Updating bid boards and downloading & splitting out plans to bid and send for pricing
Team player
Communication with office staff and employees.
Making new job folders both physical and digital.
Organizational skills, managing multiple tasks, prioritizing work and staying organized and on task.
