The position duties include:
Use of a multiline PBX phone system
Scheduling and Managing drivers
Some A/R and A/P accounts work directly with the CFO
Manage all escalated customer complaints and resolve in a professional manner
Process proposals and contracts, job costing, pre-liens, liens and insurances
Office and file organization
Perform and review data entry
Review documents for authenticity and completeness
Knowledge skills & Abilities:
Goal oriented ability to handle multiple tasks and perform well under pressure
Strong analytical, mathematical and problem -solving skills
Preferred at least 2 years construction office experience
Excellent written and verbal skills
Consistent strong initiative and performance with minimal supervision
Strong computer skills with emphasis on Excel and QuickBooks Professional
Punctual, dependable a must a team player.
Works well with a diverse range of people and customers
Type 40-50 wpm
Able to lift 5-10 lbs.
