What We Need:

We are seeking a reliable, dedicated and focused individual to support critical functions of our administrative team. This individual, by nature, must be able to take direction well, work independently and be willing to jump in where needed and help others.

Some responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant will include (but are not limited to):

Greet visitors in a professional manner

Answer phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate party

Process, sort, and route incoming and outgoing mail

Monitor and manage inventory of office supplies; order and distribute office supplies as necessary

Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings

Data entry

Assist with periodic physical inventory counting and reporting

Perform other administrative support tasks, including updating and sorting files, drafting and proofreading correspondence, and conducting research

Who We Are Looking For:

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required, associate degree preferred

2-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting, preferably in an administrative or clerical role

Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently

Exceptional oral and written communication skills, including strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation

Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail

Proficient computer skills and ability to operate general office equipment

This is a full-time, 1st shift position with a regular work schedule of Monday through Friday from 7am to 4pm Overtime will be required based on business needs. Starting pay is based on experience.
