We're looking for someone with 1-5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or related position, proficient in Microsoft Office very organized. The ideal candidate will also have a range of strengths in areas such as shipping and receiving, computer input, document creation, and customer service.
We are a small but rapidly growing company and this position will start as a "jack of all trades" but can quickly morph into a higher paid role in either operations management, technical writing, project management, marketing, or executive assistant. Ability to travel is not required but is a bonus. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs of packages is required. After the initial 90 day trial period, up to 2 days per week could be remote.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain office systems, including databases and filing systems and update inventory system
Provide support to managers and employees, including ordering supplies
Assist in technical document creation by shadowing engineers and fabricators and taking notes
Assist in the creation and review of contracts and internal documents

It is easier to design equipment for space than for the bottom of the ocean. Our team is focused on overcoming big technical challenges with a close-knit team and small budget. The skills our team member learn here will carry them upward quickly as as we grow or serve them well at a larger company.
