Key Responsibilities & Qualifications
To be considered for this part-time (20–25 hours/week) role, you should demonstrate experience and/or confidence in the following:
Supporting business owners or leadership in a growing, fast-paced environment
General bookkeeping and financial tracking using QuickBooks
Producing monthly reports (P&L, budget summaries, reconciliations)
Basic HR tasks including payroll processing and employee onboarding
Strong communication skills, clear, professional, and precise
Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Able to manage time independently while supporting a collaborative team
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
Interest or background in a creative, design-focused industry is a plus
