Madden Industrial Craftsmen is looking to fill Turret Punch Machine Operator with a Manufacturing company located in Phoenix, AZ. The client specializes in manufacturing custom heat exchanger coils, fluid coolers, and remote air-cooled condensers for OEM and replacement markets. This is a temp to perm opportunity.
Pay Rate: $26 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 1st (5:30AM-2:00PM); 2nd (1:30PM-10:00PM)

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate an Amada Turret to fabricate high-quality metal parts.
Read blueprints and job specifications to ensure precision in punching patterns.
Perform quality checks and make adjustments to maintain high standards.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment.
Work alongside a collaborative production team to meet daily output goals.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience operating a turret punch machine (Amada preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or GED required.
CNC programming knowledge is a plus!
Must pass a background check and drug screen.
Must be able to read a tape measure.
