Job description
Searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) that will act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions and resolve any emerging problems that our customer might face with accuracy and efficiency. We are searching for a motivated individual that would be part of our team that takes care of walk-in customers, web orders, e-mails and phone calls. CSR's need a variety of skills and qualifications to succeed, including:
Interpersonal and customer service skills
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Multitasking and organizational skills
Ability to answer a high volume of calls and/or emails daily
Ability to share work among a customer service team
Attentiveness and patience
Time-management skills
Ability to find the positive in any situation
This is an entry level position and will train the right candidate!
