Packaging and Bottling Technicians
Growing manufacturing company in the East Valley has a large project to start in November needing 10dedicated employees to help out.
Two key roles are needed: Packaging Technicians and Bottling Technicians. Cross training will be possible to switch up duties and responsibilities.
You must pass both a drug screen and criminal background check prior to starting work
Bottling
- Unpack plastic 2.5 gallon jugs and place on conveyor for filling
- Place plastic jugs under auto-filler spouts and dispense product to required amount
- Cap jugs and check fill weights of product
- Feed cap induction sealer conveyor and verify seal quality
- Transfer filled jugs to a pallet for transport to package line
Packaging
- Transfer filled jugs onto packaging line conveyor
- Place plastic label sleeve around the jug, adjust/align, and place instruction sticker on cap
- Unfold, shape, and stage box onto carton sealer machine
- Place two filled jugs into each packaging box and feed carton sealer machine
- Verify quality tape installation and lot # printing on box
- Transfer filled boxes to pallet and properly/securely build to required height
- Shrink wrap pallet and move via pallet jack to appropriate staging area
- Additional duties and Quality Assurance support may be needed
This project will last 3-4 months and we need dedicated employees to see the project through from start to finish. Work hours will be Monday – Friday during the day from approximately 7:00 – 4:00 pm with a one hour lunch break.
You will be allowed to listen to music with one ear bud at a moderate volume throughout the day.
- This position will be on your feet all day
- Lifting 20-45 pounds on a regular basis will be needed for certain functions listed above
- Rotation of the heavier lifting between team members will occur throughout the day.

The pay will start at $16.00 per hour and for each month of completed service your pay rate will bump up by 25 cents!
